The final power rankings for 2021 have been posted in the -- you guessed it -- power rankings section of the website. I included a brief blurb about where each time is at for the offseason and what I think they should do.
As we've discussed, the power rankings are used to feed the model. Since we believe in full transparency at First and Thirty, I post the power rankings to the website every week. Naturally, they get overridden. In case anyone is curious, here is how I ranked every team, broken down by week.
Just to note, the rankings are done prior to the week. I.e., the teams ranking listed under week 2 is their ranking going into week 2.
Whether you bet with us (you should) or not, I encourage you to find everything out about your handicappers process before tailing their bets. Their record is meaningless, both because it likely has sample size issues and could be faked. Even if it's real with a decent sample, there's no guarantee that they'll continue to win. Find out their process and decide for yourself if you think it's sharp enough to beat the market. If there's ever anything that you're curious about, feel free to hit us up on twitter @Firstandthirty.
