Recommended Wagers: Saturday Slate
Examining our two Saturday bets, the Colts (+6.5) over the Bills and the Football Team (+8.5) over the Bucs. The model keeps feeding the dogs.
Recommended Wagers: Sunday 4PM Slate and SNF
Reviewing our later slate bets, as well as how the model views how the Saints/Broncos game if we adjust for Denver not having a starting QB.
Recommended Wagers: New Orleans and Jacksonville
This blog takes a look at the Saints getting 5.5 vs the Bucs on Monday Night, as well as the Jags getting 7 vs the Texans. In one game we're betting against arguably the best team in football. In the other, we're betting on a 6th round rookie QB making his NFL debut. What could go wrong?

Welcome to the recap blog, where we’ll take a look at the results from our previous weeks bets, as well as keep a running season total of our win loss record. Recommended Wagers: Tampa Bay and Arizona
This post takes a look at the Bucs -3.0 against the Raiders and the Cardinals +3.5 over the Seahawks. We may have got a bit lucky with the entire Raiders offensive line being quarantined, while betting against Russ Wilson is never fun. But in the model we trust.

Recommended Wager: Tampa Bay (+1) over Green Bay
You may not like betting against Aaron Rodgers, but the Bucs are at home and the better team according to Football Outsider's DAVE stat, so I'm not at all surprised that the model likes this one. Take the point and make the bet.
Week 5 Recap: Saved by Monday Night Overtime
It's been a tough few weeks for the First and Thirty guys, but at least we were able to salvage things slightly with the Saints comeback win on Monday night.
Recommended Wager: Tampa Bay (-3.5) over Chicago
We're kicking off by taking old man Brady and the Bucs -2.0 over the Bears on Thursday Night Football. In the words of Brady himself, "Lets. Fucking. Go."
